August Holdings and all of its employees will conduct all aspects of its business practice with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility. Every Member has voluntarily agreed to abide by this Code of Ethics, which assures the highest levels of professional conduct and protection to our clients.

  1. Employees of August Holdings protect and promote their clients' interests while treating all parties honestly.

  2. Employees agree to refrain from exaggeration, misrepresentation or concealment of pertinent facts related to any transactions.

  3. Employees of August Holdings cooperate with other professionals to advance their clients' best interests.

  4. Employees of August Holdings do not provide professional services where they have present or contemplated interest in business, property or transaction without first disclosing that interest to all affected parties.

  5. Employees of August Holdings disclose any fee or financial benefit they may receive from recommending related products or services.

  6. Employees of August Holdings may receive compensation from only one party, except where they make full prior disclosure and receive informed written consent from their client before proceeding.

  7. Employees of August Holdings keep entrusted funds of client and customers in a separate trust or escrow account.

  8. Employees of August Holdings make sure that contract details are spelled out in writing and that all parties receive copies.

  9. Employees of August Holdings give equal professional service to all clients and customers irrespective of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin.

  10. Employees of August Holdings are knowledgeable and competent in the fields of practice in which they engage, get assistance from a knowledgeable professional, or disclose any lack of expertise to their client prior to commencing the engagement.

  11. Employees of August Holdings do not engage in the unauthorized practice of law or any other practice requiring licensing or certification unless so-qualified.

  12. Employees make only truthful, objective comments about other professionals.

  13. Employees of August Holdings respect and reinforce the exclusive, professional relationships that other professionals have with their clients.

  14. Employees of August Holdings favor alternate dispute resolution methods for resolving disagreements with their clients and other professionals.
