is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated
solely to the fight against ALS. ALSA covers all the basesresearch,

providing help and hope to those facing the disease. The mission
of The ALS Association (ALSA) is to find a cure for and improve
living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Bread & JamsBread &
Jams, a compassionate, professional, and ethical organization,
provides a safe and supportive environment to the homeless community
and others in crisis, by offering tailored services and tools to
encourage a sense of community, self advocacy, and empowerment with
openness and respect. Mass Premiere SoccerThe mission of Massachusetts
Premiere Soccer is to cultivate the soccer experience of young
players in Massachusetts. We provide players the opportunity to
improve as athletes and as people by fostering an identity of excellence.
We strive to produce players who can compete at the highest level
of soccer competition throughout the world. Pan Mass ChallengeThe mission of the Pan-Massachusetts
Challenge is to raise money for life-saving cancer research
and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy
Fund. The catalyst for the fundraising effort is a bike-a-thon that
crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Committed cyclists, volunteers,
corporate sponsors, and individual financial contributors are essential
to the PMC achieving this goal. Piers ParkPiers
Park Sailing Center (PPSC) is a nonprofit community sailing
center that uses Boston Harbor and the seas beyond to provide year-round
recreational, educational, and personal growth opportunities for
people of all ages and abilities. SCORE"Counselors to America's Small Businesses"SCORE's
10,500 volunteers provide small business counseling and training
through a network of 389 chapters, 800 branches and its Web site
www.score.org. The
Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) is a resource partner
with the U.S. Small Business Administration. SCORE has served more
than 7 million entrepreneurs since 1964. In fiscal year 2004, SCORE
volunteers spent 1.42 million hours helping entrepreneurs. |
